Ruairí leads the Operational Excellence & Digital team in Enterprise Ireland. The team designs and manages specific grant support programmes for clients on Lean, Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation. “We encourage and support client companies to invest in their people, processes and systems in order to improve company performance”.

Ruairí spent over a decade leading contract software projects for multi-nationals around Europe and the US in sectors such as Telecoms, Networking and Medical Systems before joining Enterprise Ireland’s Technologist team in 2006. During his time in that role he estimates that he has evaluated R&D investment projects for over 400 companies – ranging from startups to the largest multinationals in the country.
