Alice O’Dwyer is Vice President of Human Resources for Cook Group Europe. As part of Cook Medical’s Executive Team Alice is responsible for the strategic direction and HR leadership for Cook Medical’s 1,000 employees in Limerick, and 600 EMEA field based employees who support Cook’s customers and patients.

Alice joined Cook Medical when it was a start-up company 25 years ago, and has spent her time developing and implementing programs to support and develop employees across EMEA.  Alice is proud that Cook Medical won the inaugural Women in Leadership award at the Irish MedTech Awards in December in recognition of Cook Medical’s efforts to support and promote women as leaders in the MedTech industry.
